Proverbs 14:21-23

²¹ Whoever ^(A)despises his neighbour is a sinner,
    but ^(B)blessed is he who is generous to the poor.
²² Do they not go astray who ^(C)devise evil?
    Those who devise good meet^{[a] (D)}steadfast love and faithfulness.
²³ In all toil there is profit,
    but mere talk ^(E)tends only to poverty.
